All items purchased online can be picked up at the store or we can arrange shipping through Canada Post. Due to the fact that each item is a different size and weight we will calculate the shipping for your purchase and confirm the cost with you prior to processing your transaction.
If you are not pleased with your Trading Post purchase, please contact us immediately to begin the return/exchange process.
You may make a in-store return/exchange within 60 days of purchase with your receipt.
Online returns will be accommodated within 10 business days of delivery notification, and contacting the Trading Post directly. Photos will be required of the damaged items in its original packaging, along with the shipping packaging, and a copy of the order number.
